me: check out the requirements for this internet start-up internship our professor emailed to us: We are a travel/media online company in the start-up phase, with our business just launching this month seeking an intern with a Graduate Degree (or in latter stages of classes) with a minimum GPA of 3.75 with strong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking to refine our existing marketing strategy, draft a formal marketing plan, design marketing materials, and for help in executing on some initial marketing initiatives we have lined up. We would also would like the intern to perform some market research. We are looking for a commitment of at least 20 hours a week, for three months. This can lead to a permanent position.
Courtney: anyone that can work for free and is in the later phases of their MBA and has a min GPA of 3.75 - won’t have the work experience or the know-how to deliver the things they want BECAUSE they’re a 24 year old whose never had a job and still lives at home.
